		<description>Lael, that is a great approach - it is much harder to acquire new customers than it is to up sell and get reorders from current and past customers.

The ipod shuffles are nice, but I have to get on my promotional product branding soap box and suggest you look at an item that is similar and can be branded with your logo.

Some statistics: in a survey - 25% of those who received an item with a logo did business with that company at least once.

Best of luck with the 100 clients - please post your results.
