You can do a solo blast – or advertise for FREE by selling 9 of the 10 spots at .02 per email address.

Here are the current subscribers for the 4 zip codes -
45201 cincinnati, OH 281

Combined Total: 4,001
So if you can get 9 others to by a $80.02 ad ($0.02 per email address) your add the 10th one would be free – so you advertise for nothing.
