Event Marketing Surge

Many companies large and small have made it no secret that they are or will be cutting back on advertising and marketing in 2009, that is except in one area – event marketing.  A recent study shows that many companies are sponsoring, coordinating and attending events focused on bringing buyers to them.  Instead of chasing down clients events of this nature can bring in those eager and able to do business.

Tradeshows, Business Expo’s and Annual Conventions have always been a large part of my business.  Everyone that attends these types of events is looking for the latest gizmo or coolest gadget being offered up by the exhibitors.  While many exhibitors just don’t get it – the majority does and knows this is an opportunity to get, grab and keep the attention of potential buyers with a promotional product featuring their company logo.
